IEPL's Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) are tailor-made solution to both industrial and commercial customer’s needs and are custom-designed to meet exact requirements. These buildings are flexible enough to suit different architectural needs; they are easily expandable, can withstand harsh climatic conditions and come with maintenance-free exteriors. We provide complete service of engineering, fabrication and erection thus ensuring better quality control at every stage of the process.

Upon request by the Client, we can provide the manufactured steel structure components that are assembled and built to form a complete steel frame – fabricated in one of the most advanced and precise production facilities in India. We commit ourselves to the strict implementation of systems designed to meet the highest quality standards, structural steel being one of our main strengths where we integrate quality, design, safety and detailing.

PEB

Pre Engineered Buildings (PEB) are engineered at a factory and assembled at site. Usually PEBs are steel structures where Built-up sections are fabricated at the factory to exact size, transported to site and assembled at site with bolted connections. The adaptability of PEB in the place of Conventional Steel Building design concept resulted in many advantages, including economy & easier fabrication. Applications of Pre-Engineered Buildings are warehouses, Canopies, Factories, Cold storages etc. The components are engineered beforehand and standardized. Use of these standard components reduce the engineering, production and erection time. Use of customized software for design & drafting increases the speed of the projects. The production line is highly sophisticated having Automatic welding machines, multi-torch , shear cutting machines etc., which can produce precise fabricated components.

CONCEPT OF METAL BUILDING SYSTEM

A typical assembly of a simple metal building system is shown above to illustrate the synergy between the various building components as described below

Secondary Structure:

It consists of purlins, grits on which Roof sheets and Side claddings are fixed including eave struts stiffened by sag rods. This system also includes the flange bracings which joins the untied flanges of the PEB primary system to the secondary system

EXTERIOR ROOFING & CLADDING

Provides weather tight envelops and transfers structural loads like wind and live loads to the supporting secondary framing also Provides lateral bracing to the roof purlins and wall girts
